You are solely responsible for the events. services that you create and offer to other users of this app. You must notify EventRollers immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your mobile device. Although EventRollers will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of EventRollers or others due to such unauthorised use.
3. Intellectual Property
The design of the EventRollers Service along with EventRollers created text, scripts, graphics, interactive features and the like, except Status Submissions (as defined below), and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”), are owned by or licensed to EventRollers, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United Kingdom and foreign laws and international conventions.
