2. EventRollers

In order to access and use the features of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide EventRollers with your the required information. You are solely responsible for the events. services that you create and offer to other users of this app. You must notify EventRollers immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your mobile device. Although EventRollers will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of EventRollers or others due to such unauthorised use.

3. Intellectual Property

The design of the EventRollers Service along with EventRollers created text, scripts, graphics, interactive features and the like, except Status Submissions (as defined below), and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”), are owned by or licensed to EventRollers, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United Kingdom and foreign laws and international conventions.

The information that you provide to us will be held in our systems, which are located on our premises or those of an appointed third party. We may also allow access to your information by other third parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you. It is possible that your data may be processed outside of Europe.

4. Security to protect your information and data retention When you initiate a transaction or enter personally identifying information, your details are transmitted across the internet securely using high-grade encryption (128 bit) over SSL.
